The data collected on the Platform are those that enabling Adomate to identify users directly or indirectly but also those enabling to use the services offered by Adomate (publication of content and comments, organization of competitions, …).
This may include personal data such as last name, first name, email address, mailing address, billing address, phone number, birth date, gender, pictures or connection data such as the IP address and browser data such as cookies.
Users who communicate the personal data of a third party will have to confirm that they hold the consent of this third party regarding the exploitation by the Platform, the publication and/or the diffusion on the Platform of these data.
Adomate uses anonymized user data for the purpose of improving and training its artificial intelligence systems. All personal data processed for this purpose is stripped of personally identifiable information (PII) and handled in compliance with GDPR. This ensures that user privacy is fully protected. Users may request deletion of their data, as detailed in the Data Retention section.
Adomate requires access to users’ Google and Meta ad accounts to provide its services. This access is granted by the user during the account setup process and is used solely for optimizing advertising campaigns. Adomate ensures that no unauthorized third parties can access this data, and users can revoke access at any time via the Google/Meta security settings page.

By creating an account or subscribing to the newsletter, users explicitly agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy. Data we collect is stored on Google Cloud servers which ensure a high level of security. These servers are located in the European Union.
For the purposes of the service, we may transfer some of your Data to our subcontractors, some of which are located outside the European Union or the European Economic Area. In that case, we make sure that they are located in a country deemed by the European Union to have adequate levels of data protection. If transfers involve the United States, we ensure that the subcontractors are part of the Privacy Shield framework or use equivalent contractual safeguards. If this is not the case, we ask them to contractually commit to implement equivalent measures to ensure the protection of your personal data (standard clauses of the European Commission).
Adomate respects user privacy by not sharing data with external third parties for AI processing. All AI models are developed and run internally, ensuring full control over data handling and privacy.
Transmission of your Data via the Internet is secured via an HTTPS connection protected by an SSL certificate (SHA-256 / RSA Encryption). Access to your Adomate account is secured by your username and password which must be strong enough and not shared. For the most sensitive actions, we use a 2-factor authentication system. This is achieved by requiring you to confirm the actions with a 6-digit code received by SMS or generated by a third-party application.
The personal data collected by users is retained for a period of one hundred and eighty (180) days from the disabling of access to the services offered by Adomate, except for the data that Adomate would need to keep as evidence, for legal or administrative purposes or in accordance with the legislation in force.

For security reasons, if you’re asking to delete your data, a confirmation email will be sent to the email associated with your Adomate account. Please reply to this mail to confirm the deletion process.
Upon exercise of any of these rights, users must send Adomate all elements necessary to their identification: name, email, connection identifier and possibly mailing address.
Furthermore, in accordance with the regulations in force, their application must be signed, accompanied by a copy of an identity card bearing their signature, and clarify in detail the right to object they wish to implement and the address to which they wish the answer.
Adomate then agrees to answer within a maximum period of one (1) month following receipt of the complete application. Considering the complexity and number of requests, this period may be extended by two (2) further months subject to Adomate informing users within one (1) month of receipt of the requests of the reasons for the delay.
If Adomate does not take any action following a request, Adomate will inform the claimant without delay and at the latest within one (1) month of receipt of the request of the reasons for not taking action.
